Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever is earlier.
• Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable as no payment has been collected.

Order Cancellation by Dermastrix

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or technical errors
• Payment verification issues
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

In such cases, a full refund (if applicable) will be processed.
